Laws § 560.201a","heading":"Assessor's plat; additional conditions for ordering.","body":"Sec. 201a.\n\nNotwithstanding the conditions specified in sections 201(1) (a) and (b), an assessor's plat, complying with sections 201 to 213, may also be ordered if there is a person in possession under a lease agreement relating to a parcel or tract of land and all of the following conditions are met:\n\nThere is in effect a lease which was executed prior to January 1, 1968.\n\nThe area of the land affected by the lease is smaller than the minimum lot size or configuration required by this act, or by local ordinance, as the case may be, or if the land is of proper size and configuration but at least 75% of the portion of the boundary not abutted by streets is abutted by lands of insufficient size or configuration.\n\nThe leasehold premises has been improved with a permanent structure.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 560","Act Act-288-of-1967"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-560-201a","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"254204398b1be7901c3cd10f1d3ecd3b1173302115eca418243dca2e734e61ad","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-560.201","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-560.201b"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
