Laws § 560.266","heading":"Enforcement of act; prosecution, venue.","body":"Sec. 266.\n\nThe attorney general or the prosecuting attorney of any county may prosecute any violation of this act or may bring an action in the name of the state to restrain or prevent any violation of this act or any continuance of any such violation.
