Laws § 600.11118","heading":"Legislative proposals to effectively implement the act.","body":"Sec. 8.\n\nThe state court administrative office, under the direction and supervision of the supreme court, shall develop legislative proposals to effectuate sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 of this act.
