Laws § 600.1202","heading":"Hiring or contracting with treatment providers.","body":"Sec. 1202.\n\nA veterans treatment court may hire or contract with licensed or accredited treatment providers, in consultation and cooperation with the local substance abuse coordinating agency, and other appropriate persons to assist the veterans treatment court in fulfilling its requirements under this chapter, including, but not limited to, an investigation of an individual's background or circumstances, or a clinical evaluation of an individual, before the individual is admitted or permitted to participate in a veterans treatment court.
