Laws § 600.1336","heading":"Jurors; excess; discharge; effect.","body":"Sec. 1336.\n\nIf the chief judge finds that the number of jurors in attendance is greater than that needed, the chief judge may order the panel or any part of the panel discharged for the balance of its term or excused until a day certain in the term.
