Laws § 600.251","heading":"Staff; budget, expenditures, fees and prerequisites.","body":"Sec. 251.\n\nThe supreme court may appoint, remove and shall have general supervision of its staff. It shall have control of the preparation of its budget recommendations and expenditures of moneys appropriated for any purpose by the legislature pertaining to the operation of the court or the performance of the activities of its staff.
