Laws § 600.4387","heading":"Habeas corpus; liability of officer for disobedience to writ.","body":"Sec. 4387.\n\nWhenever any writ of habeas corpus is issued pursuant to section 4385, the officer on whom the writ is served shall obey the writ in the manner and within the time prescribed by statute or court rule.
