Laws § 600.574","heading":"Deposits with court; certificate; securities, accounting.","body":"Sec. 574.\n\nAny funds which the clerk deposits in a bank shall be evidenced by a certificate from the bank cashier except for stocks or securities deposited in a safety deposit box as directed by the court. The certificate shall state that the amount deposited is actually in the bank, is credited to the clerk's account, and is not mingled with any other account.
