Laws § 600.5785","heading":"Contested action to terminate tenancy; liquidated damages.","body":"Sec. 5785.\n\nIn every contested action to terminate a tenancy in a mobile home park for just cause, the court shall award liquidated damages to the prevailing party if a provision requiring liquidated damages is included in the lease or rental agreement governing the tenancy or rules or regulations adopted pursuant to the lease or rental agreement, as prescribed in section 28c of the mobile home commission act, Act No. 96 of the Public Acts of 1987, being section 125.2328c of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
