Laws § 600.8275","heading":"Employee of state judicial council serving in thirty-sixth district court; member of state employees' retirement system; submission of reports and contributions.","body":"Sec. 8275.\n\nAn employee of the state judicial council serving in the district court in the thirty-sixth district who becomes an employee of the Detroit judicial council or the city of Detroit serving in the district court in the thirty-sixth district on October 1, 1996, shall remain a member of the state employees' retirement system created by Act No. 240 of the Public Acts of 1943, being sections 38.1 to 38.47 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
