Laws § 600.829","heading":"Probate judge; additional salary and reimbursement for expenses; payment of compensation and expenses; voucher; compensation provided pursuant to MCL 600.225(6).","body":"Sec. 829.\n\nWhen a probate judge of another county or probate court district is performing duties under sections 824 or 825, he or she shall receive an additional salary and reimbursement for expenses as provided in section 225(6).\n\nThe county treasurer shall pay the compensation and expenses, upon receipt of a voucher approved by the local probate judge or chief probate judge, out of the general funds of the county.
