Laws § 600.878","heading":"Transcript fees.","body":"Sec. 878.\n\nThe probate court reporter or recorder may collect for transcripts of testimony requested by any interested party or ordered by the probate judge, other than depositions, the same fees as provided by section 2543 for circuit court reporters or recorders unless a lower rate is agreed upon.
