Laws § 66.11","heading":"Village lockup or holding facility.","body":"Sec. 11.\n\nThe council shall have power to provide and maintain a village lockup or holding facility, and may provide for the confinement of persons sentenced to imprisonment or detention under the ordinances of the village.
