Laws § 66.14","heading":"Suit against collector; failure to pay over fines; larceny.","body":"Sec. 14.\n\nIf a person who collects a fine or part of a fine fails to pay over the amount collected pursuant to section 13, the village attorney may sue the person in the name of the village to recover the fine.
