Laws § 722.1060","heading":"List of unsafe children's products; maintenance; availability; providing list to inspectors of child care facility and persons providing child care.","body":"Sec. 10.\n\nThe department shall maintain a comprehensive list of children's products that have been identified as meeting any of the criteria set forth in sections 5 and 6. The department shall make the comprehensive list available to the public at no cost and shall post it on the internet and encourage links.\n\nThe department shall provide a copy of the list of unsafe children's products to any individual required by the department to inspect a child care facility for the purpose of issuing or renewing a license or certificate of registration.\n\nThe department may work with the family independence agency to provide a copy of the list of unsafe children's products to each person providing child care.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 722","Act Act-219-of-2000"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-722-1060","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"76b8159ac0ae953e8e6d4eecccb24ada7537631c8515c196ab9a36ad60c6e1a1","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-722.1056","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-722.1061"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
