Laws § 722.112c","heading":"Emergency safety intervention; use in child caring institution contracting with community mental health services program or prepaid inpatient health plan; compliance with rules.","body":"Sec. 2c.\n\nIf a child caring institution contracts with and receives payment from a community mental health services program or prepaid inpatient health plan for the care, treatment, maintenance, and supervision of a minor child in a child caring institution, the child caring institution must comply with the rules for child caring institutions.
