Laws § 722.115j","heading":"Criminal history background check performed by department.","body":"Sec. 5j.\n\n(1) When a person applies for or to renew a license to operate a foster family home or foster family group home under this act, the department shall perform a criminal history background check on an adult member of the household using the department of state police's internet criminal history access tool (ICHAT).
