Laws § 722.117","heading":"Original license; renewal or refusal to renew; modification to provisional license.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nAn original license shall be issued to a new child care organization during the first 6 months of operation. An original license expires 6 months after the date of issuance. The renewal of an original license is contingent upon the submission of a new application and approval by the department.
