Laws § 722.136","heading":"Duties of child care organization, department of social services, or probate court.","body":"Sec. 6.\n\nA child care organization, the department of social services, or the probate court responsible for supervising a child in foster care shall do all of the following:\n\nProvide written notification monthly to the state court administrator of an admission into, discharge from, or transfer of a child in foster care.\n\nUpon request submit an initial placement plan; a list of names, addresses, and telephone numbers of interested parties; and progress reports to the appropriate local board at least once each 6 months, and cooperate with and furnish other information requested by the state court administrator.
