Laws § 722.139","heading":"Annual report.","body":"Sec. 9.\n\nThe state court administrator shall publish an annual report of the state board program created by this act and shall make the annual report available to the public. Additionally, the state court administrator shall submit the annual report to the legislature and the governor.\n\nThe annual report required by subsection (1) shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following:\n\nAn evaluative summary, supplemented by applicable quantitative data, of the activities and functioning of each local board during the preceding year.\n\nAn evaluative summary, supplemented by applicable quantitative data, of the activities and functioning of the aggregate of all local boards in the state during the preceding year.\n\nAn identification of problems that impede the timely placement of children in a permanent placement and recommendations for improving the timely placement of children in a permanent placement.\n\nThe statistics and findings compiled under section 7(5).","path":["MI Code","Chapter 722","Act Act-422-of-1984"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-722-139","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"bacfb3a2a34397d2a3d4198d6e74ef6ed71ee737a63a328c53005c5e9e5177f1","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-722.138","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-722.139a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
