Laws § 722.672","heading":"Additional definitions.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nAs used in this part:\n\n(a) \"Nudity\" means the lewd display of the human male or female genitals or pubic area.\n\n(b) \"Sexual excitement\" means the condition of human male or female genitals when in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal.\n\n(c) \"Erotic fondling\" means touching a person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or, if the person is female, breasts, for the purpose of sexual gratification or stimulation.\n\n(d) \"Sadomasochistic abuse\" means either of the following:\n\n( i ) Flagellation, or torture, for sexual stimulation or gratification, by or upon a person who is nude or clad only in undergarments or in a revealing or bizarre costume.\n\n( ii ) The condition of being fettered, bound, or otherwise physically restrained for sexual stimulation or gratification, of a person who is nude or clad only in undergarments or in a revealing or bizarre costume.\n\n(e) \"Sexual intercourse\" means intercourse, real or simulated, whether genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex or between a human and an animal.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 722","Act Act-33-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-722-672","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"a573acdee314561ef4a05c8071582e288fdb6fd6ef7efa2fba9a83951fc993b4","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-722.671","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-722.673"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
