Laws § 722.958d","heading":"Children's assurance of quality foster care policy; prepare and distribute information.","body":"Sec. 8d.\n\n(1) The department shall prepare and distribute to each child placed in foster care, as age-appropriate, information describing the children's assurance of quality foster care policy and the process to follow if the child in foster care has concerns regarding a violation of the children's assurance of quality foster care policy.
