Laws § 729.211","heading":"Summoning of jurors; service.","body":"Sec. 11.\n\nThe clerk of said court shall issue under his hand and deliver to the bailiff of said court, or to a police officer of said city, a subpoena or venire for each juror who is a member of said panel, summoning him to appear for said trial.
