Laws § 730.533","heading":"Conciliation division; transfer to regular division; costs.","body":"Sec. 33.\n\nEither party to a suit in the conciliation division shall be entitled to make demand, before the commencement of the hearing in his cause, to transfer the cause to the regular division; the conciliator shall then transfer the cause to the regular division of the court.
