Laws § 74.23a","heading":"Disincorporation commission; composition; appointment of members.","body":"Sec. 23a.\n\nA disincorporation commission shall be composed of 3 members representing each township into which the village is proposed to be disincorporated and a number of members representing the village equal to the number of members representing townships.\n\nThe village president with approval of the village council, shall appoint the members representing the village.
