Laws § 750.212","heading":"High explosives; marking.","body":"Sec. 212.\n\nMarking of high explosives-No person shall within this state manufacture, sell, keep or offer for sale any high explosive, which is not marked, branded or stamped as in this section provided.\n\nEvery manufacturer of dynamite, or other high explosive, shall put a brand or mark on each case distinctly showing the percentage of disruptive force contained in each cartridge in said case, and the name or trade mark, and the address of said manufacturer.\n\nNo person by himself, agents or servants shall sell, keep or offer for sale, any dynamite or other high explosive not branded or marked as provided in this section.\n\nAny person, who shall falsely brand, mark, or stamp any such explosive, or who shall sell, keep or offer for sale, any high explosive bearing any false brand or mark, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 750","Act Act-328-of-1931"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-750-212","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"c8a291f0b5078e2278379c3cf4996b7d2530961ebe31a9d62c3569b7d0087e72","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-750.211a","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-750.212a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
