Laws § 750.265a","heading":"Union label; counterfeiting, imitation, unauthorized use.","body":"Sec. 265a.\n\nAny person who counterfeits or imitates any union label, or who uses any union label without authority of the particular labor organization or association of working-men whose union label is being so used, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
