Laws § 767.16","heading":"Grand jury; clerk, stenographer; appointment, duties.","body":"Sec. 16.\n\nThe grand jury may appoint 1 of their number to be their clerk, to preserve minutes of their proceedings and of evidence given before them; which minutes shall be delivered to the prosecuting officer, when so directed by the grand jury.
