Laws § 772.11","heading":"Failure to prosecute appeal; effect on recognizance; costs; condition.","body":"Sec. 11.\n\nIf a person appealing fails to prosecute the appeal, the person's recognizance shall remain in full force and effect without an affirmation of the judgment or order of the district or municipal court. The recognizance shall serve as a security for any costs that may be ordered by the court appealed to. The costs shall be paid by the appellant.
