Laws § 774.13","heading":"Directing disinterested person to strike out names for parties; issuance of venire.","body":"Sec. 13.\n\nIf the prosecuting attorney or the accused neglects to strike out 6 names pursuant to section 12(b) of this chapter, the municipal court shall direct a suitable disinterested person to strike out the names for either or both of the parties.
