Laws § 774.1d","heading":"Acquittal of accused in misdemeanor or ordinance violation case; discharge; costs.","body":"Sec. 1d.\n\nIf the accused is acquitted in a misdemeanor or ordinance violation case, he or she shall be discharged immediately.
