Laws § 780.6","heading":"Governor's warrant; issuance; recitation of facts; revocation of bail.","body":"Sec. 6.\n\nIf the governor decides that the demand should be complied with, he or she shall sign a warrant of arrest, which shall be sealed with the state seal, and be directed to any peace officer or other person who the governor determines is fit to entrust with the execution of the warrant. The warrant shall substantially recite the facts necessary to the validity of its issuance.
