Laws § 791.263","heading":"Wardens; appointment; personnel; “correctional facility” defined.","body":"Sec. 63.\n\n(1) The wardens of the correctional facilities of this state shall be appointed by the director of corrections and shall be within the state civil service. The assistant director in charge of the bureau of correctional facilities shall, subject to the approval of the director, appoint personnel within the bureau as may be necessary.
