Laws § 791.509","heading":"Certification or recertification of state correctional officer.","body":"Sec. 9.\n\nBeginning 6 months after the effective date of this act, a person shall not be a state correctional officer unless he or she is certified or recertified by the Michigan commission of corrections as provided in section 10, 11, or 12.
