Laws § 791.543a","heading":"Collective bargaining agreement; temporary transfer or assignment.","body":"Sec. 13a.\n\nNothing in this act supersedes a right granted under a collective bargaining agreement. A person who exercises a right pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement that results in that person being required to obtain certification under this act shall be allowed not less than 2 years to obtain that certification at the expense of the employer.
