Laws § 800.329","heading":"Purchase and sale of similar finished goods, materials, or equipment.","body":"Sec. 9.\n\nCorrectional industries, with the approval of the department of management and budget, may purchase finished goods, materials, or equipment of the same type as ordinarily produced by correctional industries. The industries may then sell the items to those entities for whom production by correctional industries is permitted by this act.
