Laws § 801.85","heading":"Cooperation of prisoner required; refusal to cooperate.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nA prisoner in a county jail shall cooperate with the county in seeking reimbursement under this act for expenses incurred by the county for that prisoner.\n\nA prisoner who willfully refuses to cooperate as provided in subsection (1) shall not receive a reduction in his or her term under section 7 of 1962 PA 60, MCL 801.257.
