Laws § 87.17","heading":"City marshal; suppression of riots.","body":"Sec. 17.\n\nHe shall suppress all riots, disturbances, and breaches of the peace, and for that purpose may command the aid of the citizens in the performance of such duty. It shall be his duty to arrest all disorderly persons in the corporation.
