Laws § Article VI § 12","heading":"Circuit judges; nomination, election, term.","body":"Sec. 12.\n\nCircuit judges shall be nominated and elected at non-partisan elections in the circuit in which they reside, and shall hold office for a term of six years and until their successors are elected and qualified.
