Laws § Schedule § 11","heading":"Michigan State University trustees and Wayne State University governors, terms.","body":"Sec. 11.\n\nThe provisions of this constitution increasing the number of members of the Board of Trustees of Michigan State University and the Board of Governors of Wayne State University to eight, and of their term of office to eight years, shall be implemented by law.
