Stat. § 103D.735","heading":"HEARING ON PETITION AND REPORTS.","body":"(a) The managers shall order a final hearing by 35 days after:\n(1) the engineer's report is filed;\n(2) the appraisers' report is filed; and\n(3) the director's advisory report and the board's advisory report are filed or the time for that filing has expired.\n(b) The order for a final hearing must set a time and place within the watershed district for a hearing upon the petition or resolution and reports.","path":["WATER","CHAPTER 103D.
