Authority and criteria.\nThe commissioner shall adopt rules to implement sections 103F.101 to 103F.151, including:\n(1) criteria for determining the floodplain uses that may be permitted without creating an unreasonable public hazard or unduly restricting the capacity of the floodplain to carry and discharge a regional flood;\n(2) variance procedures; and\n(3) the establishment of criteria for alternative or supplemental floodplain management measures such as floodproofing, subdivision rules, building codes, sanitation rules, and flood warning systems.\nSubd. 2.\n[Repealed, 2Sp1997 c 2 s 32]","path":["WATER","CHAPTER 103F.
