Stat. § 103G.2364","heading":"PROPERTY OWNER'S USE OF WETLANDS.","body":"(a) A property owner may use the bed of wetlands for pasture or cropland during periods of drought if:\n(1) dikes, ditches, tile lines, or buildings are not constructed; and\n(2) the agricultural use does not result in the drainage of the wetlands.\n(b) A landowner may fill a wetland to accommodate wheeled booms on irrigation devices if the fill does not impede normal drainage.","path":["WATER","CHAPTER 103G.
