Stat. § 114C.19","heading":"VARIANCES THAT PROMOTE POLLUTION REDUCTIONS OR REDUCE UNNECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE BURDEN.","body":"In addition to the grounds for granting a variance set forth in section 116.07, subdivision 5, the Pollution Control Agency may grant variances from its rules in order to:\n(1) promote reduction in overall levels of pollution beyond what is required by applicable law, consistent with the purposes of this chapter; or\n(2) reduce the administrative burden on the agency or the permittee, provided that alternative monitoring, testing, notification, record-keeping, or reporting requirements will provide the information needed by the agency to ensure compliance.","path":["ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION","CHAPTER 114C.
