Residential lead paint waste.\n\"Residential lead paint waste\" means waste produced by removing lead paint from the interior or exterior structure or the ground surface of a residence. Residential lead paint waste does not include:\n(1) lead paint waste removed with the aid of any chemical paint stripper; or\n(2) lead paint waste that is mixed with water and that contains any free liquid.\nSubd. 2.
