Enforcing commission decisions.\nA final decision of the Interstate Commission in any matter within its jurisdiction may be enforced by the attorney general in the name of the state in any court of competent jurisdiction.\nSubd. 2. Proceedings against party state or commission.\nThe attorney general, in the name of the state, may:\n(1) initiate a proceeding against another party state as provided in article IX, section e. of the compact, and may appeal decisions of the Interstate Commission as provided in article III, section n.; or\n(2) initiate a proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction to review an action or decision of the Interstate Commission, or to require the commission to act or refrain from acting under the terms of the compact in any matter affecting the interest of the state.","path":["ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION","CHAPTER 116C.
