Application.\nFor the purposes of sections 116J.69 to 116J.71, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.\nSubd. 2. Business license.\n\"Business license\" or \"license\" means any permit, registration, certification, or other form of approval authorized by statute or rule to be issued by any agency or instrumentality of the state of Minnesota as a condition of doing business in Minnesota.
