The center may charge a fee for these services. The following services shall be provided for a region or the state:\n(1) information and research for alternative programs;\n(2) regional or state workshops on awareness, identification, programs, and support for these pupils;\n(3) recommendations for staff qualifications to ensure the most qualified staff can be selected for the programs; and\n(4) recommendations for successful learning programs for special education students placed in an alternative setting.","path":["EDUCATION CODE: PREKINDERGARTEN - GRADE 12","CHAPTER 123A.
