Stat. § 124D.792","heading":"GRADUATION CEREMONIES; TRIBAL REGALIA AND OBJECTS OF CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE; DRUMMING AND CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES.","body":"(a) A school district or charter school must not prohibit an American Indian student from wearing American Indian regalia, Tribal regalia, or objects of cultural significance at a graduation ceremony.\n(b) If requested by the school's American Indian Parent Advisory Committee, a school district or charter school is encouraged to work with the committee on incorporating American Indian drumming and other culturally appropriate activities during graduation activities, celebrations, or ceremonies.","path":["EDUCATION CODE: PREKINDERGARTEN - GRADE 12","CHAPTER 124D.
