Scope.\nThe sections referred to in this section are codified outside chapter 13. Those sections classify Department of Commerce data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing.\nSubd. 2. Department of Commerce; generally.\n(a) Certain data received by commissioner of commerce. Certain data received because of the participation of the commissioner of commerce in various organizations are classified under section 45.012.\n(b) Investigations. Classification, disclosure, and collection of data relating to investigations conducted by the commissioner of commerce pursuant to section 45.027, are governed by subdivisions 1, 7, and 7a of that section.\nSubd. 3. Vehicle protection product warrantors.\nFinancial information provided to the commissioner of commerce by vehicle protection product warrantors is classified under section 59C.05, subdivision 3.\nSubd. 4. Actuarial data.\nActuarial reports and related data of the Department of Commerce are classified under section 60A.1296.\nSubd. 5.\nMS 2020 [Repealed, 2022 c 55 art 1 s 187]\nSubd. 6. Claims for abandoned property.\nAccess to data related to a person's claim for an interest in certain unclaimed property is governed by section 345.49.\nSubd. 7.
